A century old recording - A view into the past
Who would you be if you were born a century ago, in a small Transylvania village? Still, their music always finds its way to speak to all of us, even if we experience a certain amount of distance.
How can something which existed in a particular context be taken out of it and how can we find its powers to fulfill its function, today?
BartRock is an interactive, open-form improvisation project which aims at exploring all this questions through dialogues at various layers, with the hope of overcoming the distance between extremes.
